Communicating with teenagers can sometimes feel challenging for both parents and young people. As children move into adolescence, conversations that once seemed straightforward can become more difficult, leading to frustration and misunderstandings.
This five-week course will help parents and carers develop effective communication strategies and gain a better understanding of teenage behaviour. Drawing on the work of clinical psychologist Dr Ross Greene, the course explores practical approaches that help families work together to resolve challenges, strengthen relationships and create a more positive home environment.
