The teenage years bring both opportunities and challenges for young people and their families. As teenagers develop independence, confidence and identity, parents and carers often look for ways to support them positively.
This Family Learning workshop helps parents and carers understand adolescent development and explore practical ways to strengthen relationships, encourage resilience and support emotional wellbeing. Through discussion and reflection, participants will gain confidence in helping their teenager navigate challenges and develop skills for the future.
