Course Title: Crochet for Mental Health

This beginner-friendly crochet workshop introduces participants to the relaxing and meditative practice of crochet while promoting mental well-being. Participants will learn the basics, including how to hold the hook and yarn, create a slip knot, and make a chain stitch.

The session combines hands-on skill-building with mindfulness and reflection, helping learners to focus, relax, and gain a sense of accomplishment. Set in a supportive and inclusive group environment, the workshop also fosters social connection, self-expression, and confidence. No prior crochet experience is required.
