Course description
This one‑day workshop introduces learners to the basics of fabric flower making using reclaimed materials. You will learn hand‑stitching techniques to create decorative fabric flowers and explore how different shapes and fabrics can be formed and styled.
With step‑by‑step tutor guidance, you will create three types of fabric flower inspired by rose, poppy and dahlia styles. Once completed, you can choose to attach your flowers to a headband to create a wearable, summery flower headdress.
The workshop has a relaxed, practical focus and is a great opportunity to develop creative confidence while making something unique to take home.
