Course Title: Interview Success
This workshop can help you improve your skills by learning how to do well in interviews. It teaches useful tips for staying calm, getting ready, answering typical questions, and using the STAR method to give clear and structured answers.
We will cover the following in the workshop:
• Nerves: How to stay calm and confident during interviews.
• Preparation: Researching employers, planning answers, and getting ready.
• Common Questions: Tips for answering frequently asked interview questions.
• STAR Technique: Structuring responses using Situation, Task, Action, Result.
• Debrief: Reflecting on performance and identifying areas for improvement.
• Unemployed adults seeking to enhance their employability and interview skills.
These workshops are not accredited. You are allowed to attend all 3 Employability workshops.
