This workshop will help you write a CV that stands out and matches the jobs you want to apply for. You'll also learn how to highlight your strengths, use the right words employers look for, and feel more confident when applying for work.
We will cover the following in the workshop:
1. What Employers Look For in a CV
Understand what makes a CV strong and how to match it to the job you're applying for.
2. Writing About Yourself with Confidence
Learn how to write a short personal statement that shows your strengths and goals.
3. Showing Your Skills and Experience Clearly
Tips on how to describe your work, volunteering, or life experience in a way that employers understand.
4. Making Your CV Easy to Read and Professional
Learn how to format your CV so it looks clean, clear, and ready to impress.
5. Adapting Your CV for Different Jobs
Discover how to change your CV depending on the type of job or industry you're applying to.
These workshops are not accredited. You are allowed to attend all 3 Employability workshops.
You will need to add your name and contact details to each Workshop schedule.
