Who is the workshop for?
This free course is aimed at parents/learners who would like to increase their knowledge and skills in parenting. This workshop will give you a taste of our Calm Parents Calm Children course and how you would be able to manage the challenges you are currently facing.

During the session you will:-
• Learn about our Calm Parents, Calm Children 5-week course
• Learn strategies to stay calm in challenging family situations
• It will give you an opportunity to evaluate what is going well with your parenting
Essential equipment and resources
• Writing Pens and paper.
