You will be introduced to a range of sugar modelling materials, including fondant, gum paste and modelling chocolate and learn how to work with each to achieve structure, detail and character. Through guided demonstrations and practical activities, you will explore proportions, shaping techniques and finishing touches that bring your edible models to life.
The workshop has a strong practical focus, with step‑by‑step support throughout. You will learn how to securely assemble and present sugar models, making them suitable for use on cakes and celebratory bakes. By the end of the course, you will take home your own completed sugarcraft creations along with the skills to continue developing your decorating practice.
