Course description
This short online workshop is designed for adults who want to explore practical tools to support emotional wellbeing, self‑awareness and overall happiness. The approach used in this session is widely applied across areas such as workplace wellbeing, education and personal development, and has supported many people to reflect on their needs and make positive changes.
During the workshop, you will be introduced to a simple diagnostic tool that helps you reflect on different areas of your life and identify where needs may not be fully met. The session provides time for guided reflection and discussion, helping you develop insight into your own wellbeing and create a personal action plan that feels realistic and manageable.
