During the session, you’ll be introduced to a simple ‘diagnostic’ tool that helps identify areas of unmet need and potential challenges in your life. You’ll have the opportunity to reflect on different aspects of your wellbeing, consider the resources that can support you, and explore any barriers that may be holding you back.

Delivered live online, the session may include interactive elements such as quizzes, short videos, downloadable resources, and group discussions.
