This online workshop is aimed at adults who would like to learn about the importance of sleep and how to develop a good sleep practice. This online workshop will be delivered via Zoom by an experienced trainer; giving you all the benefits of face-to-face support from your own homes.

What will the session cover?
This one-off session will cover:
• The importance of sleep
• An introduction to sleep physiology
• The link between sleep and mental health
• Common sleep difficulties
• Good sleep practice
• Useful resources
This session will be live online. Participants might be asked to access on-line links, download information, answer quizzes, view a short video and take part in group discussions.
Who is this session for?
• This introductory session is aimed at people with no prior knowledge.
• Please note that this short session is not intended to replace seeking professional help.
How will this session be delivered?
• This course will be delivered life online via Zoom. You will need an internet connection and a computer or tablet with microphone and camera. The tutor will send joining instruction details prior attendance.
Other requirements:
It is best that you do not eat a heavy meal or drink caffeinated drinks just before the session. Or wear anything tight around the belly.
