Workshop Title: Live Well: Tools for a Happier Life (Online)

Who is the workshop for?
This short workshop is aimed at adults who would like to learn how to use an invaluable toolkit to promote greater self-awareness, emotional wellbeing, and a happier life. The ideas underpinning this toolkit have helped thousands of people and are used in many settings such as workplace wellbeing, education, self-development and more. You will learn to use a ‘diagnostic’ tool, which can help see potential problems and essential need in your life that are not met as well as they could be. During the session there is a way for you to reflect on different aspects of your life, the resources that can help you to meet those unmet needs and potential barriers.

Please note that this short session is not intended to replace seeking professional help for significant physical, emotional and mental health problems.
This session will be live online. Participants might be asked to access on-line links, download information, answer quizzes, view a short video and take part in group discussions.
