Who is this course for? Anyone wishing to put time aside to rejuvenate, relax, reflect, and engage in activities that promote physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.

Aim:
Mindfulness Meditation
- A guided meditation session focused on mindfulness and relaxation.
- Participants to focus on their breath and bodily sensations, helping them cultivate present-moment awareness.

Gentle Yoga
-A gentle yoga session suitable for all levels.
-Focus on stretching, gentle movements, and poses that promote flexibility, balance, and relaxation.
-Emphasize mindfulness and awareness of breath throughout the practice.

Healthy Snack Break
Encourage mindful eating and hydration.

A series of Wellness Workshops covering various aspects of wellbeing, such as:
-Stress management techniques (e.g., deep breathing exercises, progressive muscle relaxation).
-Mindfulness practices for daily life.
-Healthy cooking demonstrations or nutrition tips.
-Creative expression activities (e.g., art therapy, journaling).
-Sleep well

Gather participants for a closing circle.
Invite them to share any reflections or insights from the morning.
Express gratitude for their presence and participation.
Offer resources for continuing their wellbeing journey beyond the retreat.
