Workshop Title: Create a Chinese/Lunar New Year decoration - Celebrate the Year of the Horse.

Who is the workshop for?
This workshop is for families who enjoy participating in arts and crafts.
Children and adults will have the opportunity to work together to create a decoration to celebrate the Year of the Horse.
Learn about the significance of the zodiac animal year and symbols of good luck. Use traditional colours of red and gold to create a paper decoration to hang up at home and welcome the new year.
Enjoy working together using key skills, choosing materials, colours and learning construction techniques.
Whether you're a complete beginner or have some crafting experience, this is an excellent way to have fun and enjoy making and creativity.
Do you gain any qualifications?
No.
Do you need to be interviewed or assessed before enrolling on the course?
No.
You will learn how to:
Use key skills such as colouring, cutting, sticking, working with colour and composition.
Find out about different traditions and cultures.
Build confidence in arts and crafts projects you can continue at home.
