What You Will Be Doing
You’ll learn how to prepare a smooth base, create and colour ganache or glaze and apply the perfect drip using professional techniques. You’ll also explore styling with popular toppings like chocolates, macarons, fruit and sprinkles. Your instructor will guide you through the full process and you’ll leave with a completed cake and a printed step-by-step guide so you can recreate the design at home.
What You Need to Bring
Just bring yourself and your enthusiasm everything else is provided, including all tools, ingredients and decorations. No prior experience is needed.
