What you will learn:
• Understand the process of setting goals and defining strategies
• Outline actions to achieve those goals within the financial year
• To enable participants to assess the current state of the business and analyse market conditions in which the business operates
• How business planning can help identify opportunities and threats and to develop roadmaps for future growth
Assessment
No assessment is required to attend. However, we do recommend having good English and Maths skills for this workshop.
