Course Title: Budgeting for Small Businesses (beginners) - 2023-2024

In this 3-hour workshop, we'll break down budgeting in a simple way for those new to running a business. You'll learn how to make a budget, keep track of your money, figure out what's important to spend on, and plan for the future. We'll use real examples to help you understand how it all works, so you can start using these skills right away in your own business.
This workshop gives beginners the tools they need to handle money wisely if you have a small business or are looking to start up a business and would like to learn the skills for budgeting.
Once you know the basics of budgeting, you'll feel more confident making smart money choices, using your resources well, and making your business or potential business grow stronger.

• Identify the sources of finance available to a business and the individual

No assessment is required to attend. However, we do recommend having good English and maths skills for this workshop, as it will help to ensure you are able to grasp budgeting concepts and apply them effectively.
