Course Title: Job Club
These are workshops for anybody looking for work or who wants to change jobs and improve their career prospects.
Our Job Clubs will help you identify your skills and make an action plan to help you get the job you want.

You will get help with the following topics:
• Write or update your CV
• Write an effective covering letter
• Prepare for a confident interview and develop your presentation skills
• Search for suitable vacancies
• Identifying and selling your skills
We will also point you towards opportunities available in the Borough.
These workshops are not accredited. You are allowed to attend up to three sessions.
You will need to book your appointment before attending. Some sessions may take place online.
We run a whole range of follow-on Employability and Business courses as well as other vocational courses. These will help you to continue developing you CV and adding new skills and qualifications while you are looking for work. Some examples are:
• Maths and English
• AAT Business Skills
• AAT Bookkeeping/Accounting
• Passport to Work
• Essential Digital Skills
