Who is the course for?
This free course is aimed at parents of 5 to 11 year old children, who want to understand how they can support the development of their children’s confidence and resilience effectively.
Do you gain any qualifications?
No – this course is not accredited but you will receive a completion certificate if you attend 80% of the course.
Do you need to be interviewed or assessed before enrolling on the course?
No, there are no formal entry requirements for this course accept a commitment to participate at take part

• The importance of modelling confident behaviour
• Understanding how to support children in coping with life’s ups and downs

• Coloured dividers
• A4 folder to keep all your work
• Internet access of laptop or mobile phone.
