Workshop Title: Monthly Craft Club - Families Learning Together
Join as a family our new monthly themed sustainability and green craft for parents and children. All materials are provided and you will walk away with a lovely crafted item to keep or to gift.
Overview
Start date: Saturday 18 May - 10am to 12pm
This workshop is for anyone interested in how you can support their children 4 to 9 years old in learning, whilst having fun.
This workshop you will be creating and moulding a mini bee model/sculpture.
What will I be doing?
• Design and mould model of bee using clay.
• Learn simple clay moulding techniques.
• Paint or decorate your creation using various materials.
• Learn about how bees are important for the environment
You will learn as a parent how to -
• Engage your children in learning through art
• Be creative and innovative with your children
• Have fun and interaction you can have being creative with your child
Prosp Content
You can progress onto courses in the following areas - Horticulture, Maths, English, Creative Arts or take up a qualification course to gain a qualification.
