Our family yoga sessions are easy to follow and designed to calm and still the mind. Yoga slows brain patterns, improving concentration and making information easier to absorb. These aids learning and allows children to explore their intuitive side while helping adults rediscover theirs.

Experience the joy of practicing yoga as a family in a welcoming environment. Strengthen your connections while exploring yoga postures and breathing techniques.

What you will be doing
• Guided yoga session with easy-to-follow postures that accommodate all skill levels.
• Fun and interactive yoga poses designed to engage children and adults alike.
• Emphasis on improving strength, flexibility and coordination while enjoying quality family time.
• Introduction to simple breathing exercises that help calm the mind and reduce stress.
• Guided relaxation techniques to promote inner peace and emotional well-being.
• Interactive mindfulness exercises that teach awareness and presence.
• Activities designed to enhance focus, kindness, and gratitude.
• Opportunities for parents and children to support and encourage each other.

If you suffer from a medical condition or concern, or have had a recent injury or operation, please inform the instructor before you start.

What you need to bring
Comfortable yoga clothes that allow large movements: leggings, yoga trousers and bottle of water.
