Who is the course for?
This free course is aimed at parents of 2 to 11 year old children, who want to understand how they can support the development of their children’s confidence and resilience effectively.

Do you gain any qualifications?
No – this course is not accredited but you will receive a completion certificate if you attend 80% of the course.

Do you need to be interviewed or assessed before enrolling on the course?
No, there are no formal entry requirements for this course accept a commitment to participate at take part

What will you learn?

You will learn:

• What confidence and resilience is
• How to support children’s mental health and wellbeing
• Creating positive relationships and attachments
• The importance of modelling confident behaviour
• Understanding how to support children in coping with life’s ups and downs
• The importance of parental wellbeing

• A4 writing paper
• Coloured dividers
• A4 folder to keep all your work
